Civil Engineering has been the bedrock of our business for the past 25 years. Civil Engineering is the design and planning of the vital infrastructure of a municipality. It is also maintaining and rebuilding the community's assets, such as roads, bridges, water lines, sewer and storm lines, and other built-up environments.

The PCE team has strong knowledge and understanding in the areas of Structures, Soils, Hydraulics, Materials, and Control Systems. Our Engineering staff helps municipalities every day to design and maintain civil infrastructure with cost-effectiveness and sustainability in mind.
